PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a person subjected to health management to simply input subjective information on a health condition in a system which collects and manages the subjective information on the health condition of the person subjected to health management.SOLUTION: The health management system comprises: a telephone set 3 related to the person subjected to the health management； and a center device 2 connected to the telephone set 3 via a network 1. The center device 2 comprises: a distribution server 11 which calls the telephone set 3 at a predetermined date； a speech recording server 12 which records voice information input from the telephone set 3 by the person subjected to the health management； a voice recognition server 13 which recognizes the recorded voice information, makes the same to be a text, determines whether there is a predetermined keyword about the health condition in the text, and records the result of the determination； and a health management server 14 which determines whether the person subjected to the health management needs diagnosis.
