An object of the present invention is to provide an agricultural and horticultural water dispersible granule, which shows excellent properties of disintegrating and dispersing after being put into water, and which does not cause phytotoxicity, even in the case wherein an agricultural chemical technical product having a melting or softening point of 70 DEG C or below, the formulation of which into water dispersible granules was difficult in the prior art, is used. The agricultural and horticultural water dispersible granule is produced by granulating a mixture containing an agricultural chemical technical product having a melting or softening point of 70 DEG C or below, a salt of N-acylamino acid, and an adsorbent carrier. The agricultural and horticultural water dispersible granules as described above which further contain at least one of a formaldehyde condensate of aromatic sulfonate and a lignosulfonate. The agricultural and horticultural water dispersible granules as described above which further contain N-acylmethyltaurate.
