The present invention relates to a rice straw cutting machine driven by a motor. A motor is installed on a vehicle body having a steering wheel. The rice straw cutting machine and a hydraulic pump are operated by driving of the motor to operate a hydraulic motor. A cylindrical body receiving a bundle of rice straws is mounted on the vehicle body and is rotated by the hydraulic motor. The vehicle body has an upper board on which the cylindrical body is mounted, and the upper board has a through hole and a rice straw guiding part. The rice straw cutting machine is installed below the through hole so that the rice straws going through the through hole are cut, and the cut rice straws drop down to a conveyer and are discharged out to be supplied to livestock. The vehicle body has a driving wheel and a driven wheel, and a vehicle body stopper mounted on the bottom surface thereof to be lifted by liquid pressure.본 발명은 원동기로 구동되는 여물용 볏짚절단기에 관한 것으로 보다 구체적인 것은, 운전대가 구비된 차체에 원동기가 장치되어 원동기의 구동으로 볏짚절단기와 유압펌프가 작동하여 해당 유압모터를 작동시키게 되고, 차체위에 볏짚뭉치를 수용하는 원통체가 장치되어 유압모터로 회전되며, 원통체가 장치된 상판에 통공부와 볏짚투입안내부가 형성되고, 통공부 하측에 볏짚절단기가 장치되어 통공부로 지나가는 볏짚이 절단되고, 절단된 볏짚이 컨베이어로 낙하되어 차체 외부로 배출되어 가축에게 공급되며, 차체에 구동바퀴와 종동바퀴가 장치되고, 차체 저면에 접지판이 유체압으로 승강되는 차체 스토퍼가 장치되어 이루어짐을 특징으로 한 원동기로 구동되는 여물용 볏짚 절단기이다.
