The present invention relates to a ventilation device of a house for cultivation under structure which includes a frame unit including an outer window frame which is installed on the outer side of a house for cultivation under structure and on which an upper window unit including a plurality of vents capable of being open and closed for receiving or blocking external air is formed and an inner window frame with a lower wind unit which is installed on the inner side of the house for cultivation under structure and on which a lower window unit including a plurality of vents capable of being open and closed for receiving or blocking external air flowing into inside via the upper window unit is formed and an opening/closing unit which is installed on the frame unit to be moved in order to independently and respectively open/close the upper and lower window units. The ventilation device of the house for cultivation under structure according to the present invention can easily mix air in the upper and lower parts of the inside of the house for cultivation under structure by opening the upper part of the house for cultivation under structure.
