PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sterilized bag base paper and a sterilized bag, with which foreign matters are less likely to be mixed into the sterilized bag even when the sterilized bags are manufactured continuously.SOLUTION: Provided is a sterilized bag base paper 10 which includes: pulp a dry paper reinforcing agent a wet paper reinforcing agent alkyl ketene dimer and a sizing agent other than the alkyl ketene dimer.
