PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable evading damage of a lifting operation mechanism of a seedling-planting device in prior to a protection function of a slide plate when particularly large outer force acts on a slide plate guard.SOLUTION: A rice transplanter includes the slide plate guard 5 disposed outside end parts of the slide plate in a right-left direction and protecting so as to prevent foreign substances from crashing to the slide plate.
