PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide hydrogel particles capable of being compounded with a crystalline organic ultraviolet ray absorber at a high concentration in a dispersed phase and suppressing crystal deposition of the crystalline organic ultraviolet ray absorber in preservation.SOLUTION: The hydrogel particles include a continuous phase composed of a non-crosslinked hydrogel and a dispersed phase dispersed in the continuous phase. The dispersed phase comprises a solid fat having an organic value (OV) of &ge310 and an inorganic value (IV) of &ge130 in an organic conceptual diagram and a crystalline organic ultraviolet ray absorber.
