PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a soil temperature regulating system regulating the temperature of soil of plants planted in the open air, such as lawn at less installation cost and operating cost. SOLUTION: This soil temperature regulating system 1 regulating the temperature of soil 3 on which a plant 2 is planted includes an underground water supplying buried pipe 11 buried in the soil 3, an underground water supplying device 20 for pouring underground water into the underground water supplying buried pipe 11, and an underground water storage tank 30 buried in the soil 3 and storing underground water discharged from the underground water supplying buried pipe 11. Furthermore, the system includes an underground water returning device 50 buried in the soil 3 and returning underground water, discharged from the underground water supplying buried pipe 11, to the underground, and the underground water returning device 50 buried in the soil 3 and returning underground water from the underground water storage tank 30 to the underground.
