PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve counting precision of an egg counter assembly used in a poultry farming system for counting the number of hen eggs moving through a hen egg passage.SOLUTION: The egg counter assembly is applicable to the hen egg passage 7a having a width allowing a plurality of eggs to move in parallel and having a comparatively flat surface. When a passage position of a hen egg during its passage is restricted by a projection part a1 constituting a separator, erroneous counting is reduced.
