PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a termite prevention wiring/piping structure capable of effectively preventing intrusion of termites.SOLUTION: A termite prevention wiring/piping structure 3 is configured to prevent intrusion of termites from a penetration part where a wiring/piping material 2 penetrates a foundation 1 of a building, and comprises a protection pipe 4, the wiring/piping material 2 and a termite prevention tool 5. The protection pipe 4 is formed from a synthetic resin containing a termite prevention component and penetrates the foundation 1. In the protection tube 4, the wiring/piping material 2 is inserted and disposed. The termite prevention tool 5 is then mounted on an outer circumferential surface of the wiring/piping material 2 in the protection pipe 4.
