The object of the present invention is to provide novel 4G-α-glucosylrutin crystals and 4G-α-glucosylrutin crystal-containing powders, their use as pharmaceutical materials, and further use as cosmetic materials and food materials. The problem is solved by providing a 4G-α-glucosylrutin crystal composed of a ratio of 1 molecule of α-glucosylrutin, 1 molecule of ethanol and 8 molecules of water.新規な４Ｇ－α－グルコシルルチン結晶と４Ｇ－α－グルコシルルチン結晶含有粉末、及び、それらの医薬品素材としての用途、さらには化粧品素材及び食品素材としての用途を提供することを課題とし、４Ｇ－α－グルコシルルチン１分子、エタノール１分子及び水８分子の比率で構成される４Ｇ－α－グルコシルルチン結晶を提供することによって前記課題を解決する。
