PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for extracting useful component of ceramide and/or pectin from whole apple and/or apple squeeze residue as well as further in relation thereof a method for regenerating or reusing the treated ethanol.SOLUTION: The method for extracting ceramide or extracting pectin comprises: a common step 1 for whole apple and/or apple squeeze residue； a common step 2； a ceramide step or pectin step 1； and a pectin step 2.
