In particular immediate-release therapeutic systems are described for the improved oral absorption of 7-[(E)-t-butyloxyminomethyl] camptothecin, comprising a matrix consisting of liquid amphiphilic substances or having a melting point lower than 60° C., in which the active principle is at least partially dissolved and/or dispersed and/or inglobated.활성 성분으로 캄토테신을 포함하는 약학 조성물이 본 명세서에 기술된다. 구체적으로 액체 양친매성 물질로 구성되거나 60℃ 이하의 용융점을 갖는 기질을 포함하고, 활성 성분이 적어도 부분적으로는 용해되고/되거나 분산되고/되거나 구 모양으로 둘러싸인 즉시-방출 치료 시스템이 7-[(E)-t-부틸옥시미노메틸] 캄토테신의 향상된 경구 흡수를 위해 기술된다.
