The magnetic ear-wearing structure includes a first component and a second component which are magnetically attracted with each other with a part of the auricle intervally arranged therebetween. The light emitting element and the light receiving element are disposed on the magnetic ear-wearing structure. The acquisition of physiology data related to a cardiovascular system can be completed while the magnetic ear-wearing structure is absorbingly fixed on the part of the auricle.
