The present invention relates to a composition for external application for improving a skin disease (e.g. psoriasis). Said composition contains adenosyl cobalamin (coenzyme B12), opt. in admixture with other cobalamins. Preferable said composition is present in the form of liposomal preparations, which are made of a phospholipid and cholesterol.Linvention concerne une composition pour application externe, destinée au traitement dune maladie de la peau (p. ex. psorisasis). Cette composition contient de ladénosyl cobalamine (coenzyme B12), éventuellement combinée avec dautres cobalamines. Ladite composition se présente de préférence sous forme de préparations liposomales préparées à partir dun phospholipide et de cholestérol.
