PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plant cultivation system suppressing an increase in carbon dioxide concentration in a dark period, suppressing a decrease in carbon dioxide concentration in a light period, and achieving to make plant growth excellent by an economical reasonable structure.SOLUTION: This plant cultivation system includes first and second chambers 1 and 2 each provided with a cultivation light source 7, fans 8 and 9, and a control part 12. The control part 12 performs alternately repeating control in each of the chambers 1 and 2 for the light source 7 of each chamber so as to put one chamber into a dark period when the other chamber among the first and second chambers 1 and 2 is in a light period, in a light period when the light source 7 lights and a dark period when the light source 7 goes out.
