PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an improved supporter type cast brace for lower limbs capable of achieving a wearing state optimum for reinforcing muscles corresponding to the physique and impaired state of each wearer even when the physical strength of the wearer and the function of the lower limb muscles decline or the like and demonstrating a sufficient treatment effect further.SOLUTION: The supporter type case brace for the lower limbs comprises: a front open type flexible fabric 1 provided with a tightening belt 3 which can be tightened to the outer periphery of the lower limb above a knee joint part at least on the outer side and capable of being wound around the lower limb so as to surround the knee joint part and vertically long columns 2 respectively provided on both left and right sides of the outer side face of the flexible fabric.
