The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing red ginseng concentrate granules. According to the present invention, the red ginseng concentrate granules are manufactured using only a red ginseng water extract as a raw material in a fluidized bed granulation method, and thus have excellent solubility, anti-madescent properties and fluidity as compared to existing red ginseng water extract powder. Therefore, the method for manufacturing red ginseng concentrate granules and the red ginseng concentrate granules according to the present invention can be usefully utilized in a functional food market using red ginseng as an active ingredient.
