The present invention relates to a waterproof pack for underwater observation, which enables a waterproof pack containing photographing tools such as a smartphone or an action cam to maintain a horizontal or vertical position underwater, so as to facilitate an underwater photographing through a camera of the photographing tool. According to the present invention, the waterproof pack comprises a front sheet and a back sheet which are facing each other, include a photographing tool storage compartment therein, and are made of synthetic resin material, wherein three sides including a left side, a right side and a lower side of the front and back sheets are closed and an upper side thereof is open to form an opening that allows a photographing tool to be stored therein and a bonded part formed by thermally bonding the opening after placing the photographing tool in the photographing tool storage compartment by using the opening, thereby sealing the four sides. In addition, an upper line connection part and a lower line connection part upwardly and downwardly extending from the upper side and the lower side of the front and back sheets are formed and a line connection hole is formed on the left and right sides of each upper line connection part and lower line connection part to be inserted with a string in order to maintain a vertical or horizontal position of the waterproof pack.본 발명은 스마트폰 또는 액션캠(action cam)과 같은 촬영도구를 수중에서 촬영도구를 수납한 방수팩이 수평 또는 수직 자세를 유지할 수 있도록 하여 촬영도구의 카메라를 통해 수중촬영을 용이하게 할 수 있도록 하는 수중관찰용 방수팩에 관한 것으로, 서로 마주하여 내부에 촬영도구 수납실이 마련되는 합성수지 재료의 전면시트와 후면시트는 좌, 우변과 하변의 3변이 막혀 있고, 상변이 개방되어 이로부터 촬영도구를 수납하도록 개봉 가능한 개봉구와, 이 개봉구를 통해 촬영도구를 수납실에 수납한 후에 개봉구를 열 접합으로 접합한 접합부를 형성하여 4변을 밀봉한 방수팩에 있어서, 상기 상변과 하변을 상, 하로 연장한 상부 줄연결부와 하부 줄연결부를 형성하고 이 상부 줄연결부와 하부 줄연결부의 좌우에 방수팩이 수직 및 수평 자세를 유지할 수 있는 줄을 연결하는 줄연결 구멍을 형성한 것을 특징으로 한다.
