Also, the electrode part (30) includes an embedding part (33a) pressing the skin through embedding the skin, and thus, the promoting effect of abutting and pressing the skin can be obtained by using the embedding part (33a) through embedding the embedding part of the electrode part into the skin. As a result, therapy of subtle parts of the skin can be achieved, and the cosmetic effect caused by the promoting effect can also be achieved.
