An atomization assembly for an aerosol generation system is provided. The atomizing assembly includes a tubing portion having an inlet end and an outlet end. The inlet end of the tubing portion is configured to be connected to the liquid reservoir and the outlet end of the tubing portion is in fluid communication with the atomizing nozzle. The tubing portion is configured to deliver the flow of the liquid aerosol-forming substrate through the atomizing nozzle. The atomizing nozzle includes an air channel that sets air flow through the nozzle.
