PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a smoking generator which is simple in structure and also facilitate temperature control by causing smoking without burning smoking material.SOLUTION: An exterior part 102 of the smoking generator 101 is hollow. A hopper body 111 is disposed in the exterior part 102. A chip material W stored in the hopper body 111 is delivered to a heater 208 by a delivery part 218, and heated by a heater 208. Smoking 501 generated from the chip material W is discharged to the internal space of the exterior part 102 and sucked from a suction pipe 121.
