To provide a stress management supporting system for executing a mentally effective counseling, the system causing no possible adverse influence on a subject mentally and capable of making proper questions according to the state of each subject and making proper decisions about answers of subjects.SOLUTION: A stress management supporting system (100) includes: a picture sensor having a function of reading the expressions of a subject M； a voice sensor for hearing the voice of the subject M； and a human robot (AN: android) provided with an artificial intelligence (10).
