PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To compose a part where a bevel gear of a transmission shaft on the upstream side in a transmission system to a planting arm is engaged with a bevel gear of a transmission shaft on the downstream side so as to be supportable with a simple structure in a seedling planting device of a rice transplanter. SOLUTION: This seedling planting device of the rice transplanter is obtained by preparing a bearing member 36 in which a first sliding bearing part 36a supporting either one of transmission shafts 26 and 34 on the upstream side and the downstream side and a second sliding bearing part 36b supporting the other of the transmission shafts 26 and 34 on the upstream side and the downstream side are integrally provided.
