Therefore, the antioxidative composition in accordance with the present invention is expected to be very effective in enhancing health as a free radical scavenger in the case of being applied to the conventional beverage and dietary supplement. In addition, the present invention relates to a method for analyzing vitamin A, C, and E from the antioxidative composition.
