The present invention provides a biodegradable drug delivery composition comprising: (i) a mixture of at least three different block copolymers, wherein each block copolymer is: (a) a biodegradable triblock copolymer having the formula: Av-Bw-Ax wherein A is a polyester and B is polyethylene glycol and v and x are the number of repeat units from 1 to 3,000 and w is the number of repeat units from 3 to 300 and v=x or v≠x； or (b) a biodegradable diblock copolymer having the formula: Cy-Az wherein A is a polyester and C is an end-capped polyethylene glycol and y and z are the number of repeat units with y=2 to 250 and z=1 to 3,000； and wherein the mixture comprises at least one (a) and at least one (b)； and the weight ratio between (a) and (b) is 1:19 to 5:1； and (ii) at least one pharmaceutically active ingredient.L'invention concerne une composition d'administration de médicament biodégradable comprenant : (i) un mélange d'au moins trois copolymères séquencés différents, chaque copolymère séquencé étant : (a) un copolymère triséquencé biodégradable de formule : Av-Bw-Ax dans laquelle A est un polyester, B est le polyéthylène glycol, v et x sont compris entre 1 et 3 000, w est compris entre 3 et 300 et v = x ou v ≠ x ； ou (b) un copolymère diséquencé biodégradable de formule : Cy-Az dans laquelle A est un polyester, C est un polyéthylène glycol à coiffage terminal, y = 2 à 250 et z = 1 à 3 000 ； le mélange comprenant au moins un (a) et au moins un (b) ； le rapport pondéral entre (a) et (b) étant compris entre 1:19 et 5:1 ； et pour au moins l'un des copolymères selon (a) ou (b), A étant un poly(acide lactique-co-glycolique) (PLGA) ； et (ii) au moins un principe pharmaceutiquement actif.
