The present invention relates to a soybean isoflavone formulation, and a preparing method thereof. More particularly, the preparing method of the present invention comprises: a whole soymilk preparing step of preparing a whole soymilk having enhanced aglycone-active isoflavone； an ultracentrifugation separation step； an ethanol extraction step； a filter filtration step； a concentration step； a subsidiary raw material mixing step； and a lyophilization step. Accordingly, the powdered soybean isoflavone formulation is prepared to separate and purify isoflavone which is an active ingredient of soybean, thereby preparing a high concentration isoflavone formulation. The soybean isoflavone formulation prepared by the method of the present invention has no cytotoxicity, and has an excellent effect of mitigating osteoporosis and enhancing bone metabolism.본 발명은 대두 이소플라본 제제 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것으로서, 보다 구체적으로는 비배당체 활성형 이소플라본이 강화된 전두유를 제조하는 전두유제조단계, 고속원심분리단계, 에탄올추출단계, 필터여과단계, 농축단계, 원부재료혼합단계 및 동결건조단계를 거쳐 분말 형태의 대두 이소플라본 제제를 제조함으로써, 대두의 유효성분인 이소플라본을 분리 및 정제하여 고농도의 이소플라본 제제를 제조하는 것을 특징으로 하는 대두 이소플라본 제제 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 방법으로 제조된 대두 이소플라본 제제는 세포 독성이 없고, 골다공증 개선 및 골대사 증진 효과가 우수하다.
