PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an edible film including protease having tongue moss-removing action while retaining activity.SOLUTION: This edible film includes (A) 1-30 mass% starch, (B) 40-80 mass% cellulose derivative, and (C) protease, and has protease activity.
