The present invention relates to an immunogenic composition comprising: a) a modified live H3 virus of swine influenza, and b) a modified live H1 virus of swine influenza. Furthermore, the present invention relates to methods for immunizing a subject comprising administering to such subject the immunogenic composition of the present invention. Moreover, the present invention relates to methods of treating or preventing clinical signs caused by swine influenza virus in a subject of need, the method comprising administering to the subject a therapeutically effective amount of an immunogenic composition according to the present invention.La présente invention concerne entre autres une composition immunogène comprenant : a) un virus H3 vivant modifié de la grippe porcine, et b) un virus H1 vivant modifié de la grippe porcine. En outre, la présente invention concerne des procédés pour la vaccination d'un sujet, consistant à administrer à ce sujet la composition immunogène selon la présente invention. De plus, la présente invention concerne des procédés de traitement ou de prévention de signes cliniques provoqués par le virus de la grippe porcine chez un sujet qui en a besoin, le procédé consistant en l'administration au sujet d'une quantité thérapeutiquement efficace d'une composition immunogène selon la présente invention.
