PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plant vitalizing agent and a fertilizer having very excellent plant growth stimulation ability.SOLUTION: The plant vitalizing agent and the fertilizer are aqueous solutions each including 50-500 ppm of amino acids, 1.0-50 ppm of fulvic acid, and 50-1,000 ppm of choline. The aqueous solutions can further include minerals. A concentrated liquid agent and a solid preparation, each of which constitutes the plant vitalizing agent or the fertilizer when diluted with water or dissolved in water respectively, are also provided.
