A slide groove part connected with the medicinal liquid path is formed in the longitudinal direction thereof in the first support member, and the second support member has a slide projection part inserted to be slid on the slide groove part. A gap part for passing a medicinal liquid is formed between the slide groove part and the slide projection part.
