Moreover, a water culturing unit (130) circulates fish tank water which is drained with a multiple composition, and grows plants. Additionally, a controlling unit (140) drives a water pump (120) according to a circulation amount of fish tank water which is based on a drained amount. Accordingly, fish tank water for growing ornamental fish is circulated and thus plants can be grown by water culture. Additionally, since light is outputted in a Led, plant photosynthesis is controlled and a growth condition of plant is differently applied.
