PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oily solid cosmetic capable of improving such defects that temporal storage stability of an oily solid cosmetic is deteriorated, when the oily solid cosmetic is prepared by mixing solid oil consisting only of plant-derived solid oil including candelilla wax and an organic pigment thereinto, and an effect of adding the candelilla wax which is added for the purpose of improving shape retaining properties is damaged.
SOLUTION: This oily solid cosmetic contains an oil component which contains at least the solid oil consisting only of the plant-derived solid oil including the candelilla wax and liquid oil, and further the cosmetic contains the organic pigment, wherein a hydrocarbon content in a candelilla wax component is not less than 60% and the organic pigment has a ratio of inorganic pigment/organic pigment of &ge5.0.
