The subject of the notification is fluid for perfusion and preservation of organs and tissues,which contains decaf 70 kDa,glucose,trisodium citrate,disodium edetate,potassium chloride,magnesium fumarate,sodium hydrocarbon,calcium chloride,and as a hormone stimulant selected from a recombinant human somatotropin,human choriogonadotropin or prolactin in quantities from 0,01 to 49 mg /litre and albumin in quantities from 1 to 100 mg /litre,the content of dextra 70 is from 1 to 50 g /l,and the pH of the liquid is 7,1 -7,5. The notification shall also cover the production of fluid for perfusion and preservation of organs and tissues as prescribed. One or two,is characterised by:that it consists of dissolving the components in the water for injection under conditions ensuring sterility and absence of endotoxins,bringing the solution to pH 7,1 -7,5 and subjecting the sterile solution to filtration.Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest płyn do perfuzji i prezerwacji narządów i tkanek, który zawiera dekstran 70 kDa, glukozę, cytrynian trisodu, edetynian disodu, chlorek potasu, fumaran magnezu, wodorowęglan sodu, chlorek wapnia, a jako substancję stymulującą hormon wybrany spośród rekombinowanej ludzkiej somatotropiny, ludzkiej choriogonadotropiny albo prolaktyny w ilości od 0,01 do 49 µg/litr i albuminę w ilości od 1 do 100 mg/litr, zawartość dekstranu 70 wynosi od 1 do 50 g/l, a wartość pH płynu wynosi 7,1 - 7,5. Zgłoszenie obejmuje też sposób wytwarzania płynu do perfuzji i prezerwacji narządów i tkanek według zastrz. 1 albo 2, charakteryzuje się tym, że polega na rozpuszczeniu składników w wodzie do iniekcji w warunkach zapewniających jałowość i nieobecność endotoksyn, doprowadzeniu roztworu do wartości pH 7,1 - 7,5 oraz poddaniu roztworu sterylnej filtracji.
