The composite product has base elements or matrixes made of polymeric material and covered by a coating made of another polymeric material. The base elements or matrixes comprise openings from end to end. Softening temperature or reaction/curing temperature of the latter polymeric material is lesser that the softening temperature of the former polymeric material. The matrixes are formed in a shape of a grid, and comprise perforated woven or non-woven sheet. The matrixes are folded and fixed with each other by hot molding or thermoforming.
