The cosmetic padincludes a layer of hydroentangled cotton-based fibers that form a coherent,soft andresilient, mildly abrasive, linting-resistant fibrous material body havingsubstantiallysmooth top and bottom surfaces. During its rotary stamping and cutting from aweb,the pad is provided with at least one pressure print in a predeterminedlocation in thematerial body, the pressure print identically aligned on both the top andbottomsurfaces of the material body and defining a compression pattern that extendsbetween the top and bottom surfaces of the material body.
