PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an incision tool for an anterior capsule of the crystalline lens in which the continuous curvilinear capsulorrhexis when extracting the crystalline lens is formed in a circle of a smooth edge in a short time without requiring skill.SOLUTION: An annular guide member 4 for guiding the movement of a capsulorrhexis knife 7 (shown in Fig. 3) and having flexibility is linked to the tip part of an operating rod 3, and the operating rod 3 is made slidable to a holding pipe 2. The annular guide member 4 is stored in the holding pipe 2 in a folded state, and widened annularly when extruded from the holding pipe 2. The annular guide member 4 is inserted from a cornea opening so that the center of the guide member is positioned in the center of the crystalline lens anterior capsule. The annular guide member 4 is pushed out from the holding pipe 2 and widened, and the capsulorrhexis wire 13 (shown in Fig. 5) linked with the capsulorrhexis knife 7 is drawn. The capsulorrhexis knife 7 is guided and moved by the annular guide member 4. Then, the crystalline lens anterior capsule is cut and opened along the annular guide member 4, and the continuous curvilinear capsulorrhexis is formed.COPYRIGHT: (C)2015,JPO&INPIT【課題】 水晶体を摘出する際の連続円形切嚢を、滑らかな縁部の円形に、短時間で熟練を要せずに形成できる水晶体前嚢切開具を提供する。【解決手段】 切開刀7(図3示)の移動を案内する可撓性を備えた環状ガイド部材4を操作ロッド3の先端部に連繋させ、操作ロッド3を把持筒2に対して摺動自在とし、環状ガイド部材4は折り畳まれた状態で把持筒2内に収容され、把持筒2から押し出された際に環状に拡開する。この環状ガイド部材4の中心が水晶体前嚢の中心に位置するように角膜開口部から挿入し、環状ガイド部材4を把持筒2から押し出して拡開させ、切開刀7に連繋させた切開ワイヤ13(図5示)を引いて切開刀7を環状ガイド部材4に案内させて移動させると、環状ガイド部材4に沿って水晶体前嚢が切開され、連続円形切嚢が形成される。【選択図】 図1
