PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a low-cost organism storing bag, which may simply retard corruption of a dead body and odor, and a method of keeping a dead body while restraining corruption and odor using the organism storing bag.SOLUTION: This organism storing bag 1 for storing a dead body is constructed by a transparent bag having an opening 3 opened and closed to put a dead body in and out, a vent 4 provided in the bag to deaerate the inside of the bag body 2 and an activated carbon cylinder 5 for lowering the odor strength of gas generated from the dead body put in the bag and discharging the same, and a deoxidation agent 9 is provided in the bag body.
