PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inhalation-type pharmaceutical composition for Alzheimer's disease comprising a first gas and an atomized medicine, and a preparation method thereof.SOLUTION: The first gas comprises hydrogen. The gas volume concentration of hydrogen in the inhalation-type pharmaceutical composition is between 2 to 96%. The atomized medicine is rivastigmine hydrogen tartrate, donepezil hydrochloride, galantamine hydrobromide, memantine hydrochloride, and any combination thereof. The inhalation-type pharmaceutical composition further comprises a second gas which is air, water vapor, inert gas, oxygen or any combination thereof. The inhalation-type pharmaceutical composition can provide the convenience of removing harmful radicals in the body of the patient through the use of hydrogen, while also increases the absorption effect of the medicine for the patient by using an atomized medicine. At the same time, because the use of the small amount of the vaporized pharmaceutical liquid, the inhalation-type pharmaceutical composition can indirectly reduce the side effects on the user.【課題】第１ガス及び霧化薬を含むアルツハイマー病のための吸入式医薬組成物及びその調製法。【解決手段】第１ガスが水素を含み、吸入式医薬組成物中の水素のガス体積濃度が２～９６％であり、霧化薬は酒石酸水素リバスチグミン、塩酸ドネペジル、臭化水素酸ガランタミン、塩酸メマンチン又はそれらの任意の組み合わせであるアルツハイマー病の治療のための吸入式医薬組成物。第２ガスとして更に空気、水蒸気、不活性ガス、酸素又はそれらの組み合せガスを含有する吸入式医薬組成物。【効果】吸入式医薬組成物は、水素の使用によって患者の体内の有害なラジカルを除去し、一方、霧化薬を使用することによって患者における薬の吸収効果を増加させ、同時に、少量の気化医薬液の使用のために、使用者への副作用が間接的に減少し得る。【選択図】なし
