PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a construction device capable of performing work with a small amount of water, sterilization agent and cleaning agent, without using a container, because it is very important to sterilize and disinfect or clean a chopping board, in an aspect of food sanitation, and for sterilizing the chopping board, a large amount of water and a container having high capacity are needed.SOLUTION: The device can sterilize, and clean the chopping board without leakage of sterilization agent and cleaning agent, because there is formed an edge on a chopping board body, and usage of the sterilization agent and cleaning agent can be reduced so that waste use is prevented.
