PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a puddling and simultaneously transplanting machine which can favorably puddle the surface of the field, send mud flows to the rear and simultaneously plant rice seedlings. SOLUTION: This puddling and simultaneously transplanting machine in which a planting device 3 for plural rows is attached to a travel machine frame 1 and in which a puddling device 2 for rotating a cage type puddling rotor 5 to puddle is disposed in the front of the planting portion 31 of the planting device 3, wherein the puddling rotor 5 is formed by adjacently disposing close distance portions in which plural puddling plates 52 for crushing soil are closely disposed on the outer peripheral of the puddling rotor 5 and sparse distance portions in which the puddling plates 52 are sparsely disposed.
