PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an isolator for a stoma bag without any leakage at all when bathing in water in a pool, spa or the like.SOLUTION: A patient having the stoma must always be careful about his/her cleanliness so as to prevent the stoma bag 14 from emitting unpleasant odors outside, which makes it very troublesome so far to clean the skin part within the stoma bag. Thus, the surface part of the body skin can simply be cleansed. This can contribute to the prevention of skin surface disorders. Further, when a filtration function of the filter is deteriorated, handling of which was so far very difficult, the invention makes it easy to always replace the filter with a new one. This is applicable to all patients who use the stoma bag, such as those having an artificial anus, etc., receiving nursing care including the aged, being bedridden, and the like.COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT【課題】プールや温泉などで湯水に入る場合、絶対に漏れの無いストーマ袋の絶縁器具を提供する。【解決手段】ストーマ袋14から外部には異臭を出さないよう、ストーマ患者はいつも清潔に気を配る必要がある、この為にストーマ袋内の皮膚部分の洗浄方法は今まではなく大変に厄介なので、皮膚の表面部分が簡便に清浄出来るようにした。この事により皮膚障害の予防に寄与できる、又フイルターの濾過機能が劣化した場合、今までは処理が大変難しかったが、何時でも新しいフイルターとの交換が容易に出来るようにした。これは全ての人口肛門等の方、老人をはじめ介護を受けている方、寝たきりの患者などストーマ袋を利用している全ての患者に適用できる。【選択図】図1
