An object of the present invention is to find out a pharmaceutical formulation for the treatment or prevention of glaucoma or ocular hypertension, which is effective in a patient in which the effect of a drug for treating glaucoma or ocular hypertension is insufficient. It was found that omidenepak or its esters or salts thereof exhibited excellent intraocular pressure-lowering action in patients with insufficient effects of other glaucoma or ocular hypertension drugs.
