An interactive pet caring system is disclosed, which is co-operated by a remote device with a host and working under an Internet environment. The remote device includes a display, an input unit and a pet caring unit, wherein the pet caring unit is activated by the input unit and sends out electronic information through the Internet. The host includes a processing unit, a transceiver, an image acquisition unit, and an interactive unit. The disclosed system includes: receiving the electronic information through the transceiver logically computing the electronic information through the processing unit, commanding the image acquisition unit to collect a pet video file, sending the pet video file back to the remote device and then showing it on the display.
