A method for producing elastic absorbent pants with a hole for the waist and two holes for the legs, comprising the following steps: continuously applying an elastic component to a moving layer of material to obtain a movable mesh from an elastic composite； periodically applying a core region to a movable mesh； applying a second layer of material on a movable mesh to form a mesh of separate elastic composite zones； and shaping the elastic composition zones with absorbent pants with a waist hole and two leg openings. 2. The method according to claim 1, wherein the step of shaping comprises joining each lower half part and each upper half part of each elastic composition zone to obtain a plurality of substantially continuous elastic inclusions in the zone of the elastic composite material.
