The present invention relates to a suppository (1) of ogival shape, substantially ogival or similar, having a pointed end (2) and a flat end (3) and incorporating at least one active ingredient and at least one lipophilic or water-soluble excipient forming the suppository mass (4), said suppository (1) being characterized in that it carries at least one indication means (5) of the direction of introduction of said suppository (1) at the level of the anus, namely said flat end (3) first. The present invention also relates to a mold for the manufacture of such a suppository (1). La présente invention est relative à un suppositoire (1) de forme ogivale, sensiblement ogivale ou similaire, comportant une extrémité pointue (2) et une extrémité plate (3) et incorporant au moins un principe actif et au moins un excipient lipophile ou hydrosoluble formant la masse suppositoire (4), ledit suppositoire (1) étant caractérisé en ce qu'il arbore au moins un moyen d'indication (5) du sens d'introduction dudit suppositoire (1) au niveau de l'anus, à savoir ladite extrémité plate (3) en premier.
