The present invention relates to an LED board of emitting near infrared rays for drying agricultural and marine products wherein volatile elements are preserved in the drying agricultural and marine products as a cell membrane is not destroyed during a drying process, and a capacity for self-heating is minimized during an emitting process, thereby preventing discoloration and deterioration of the agricultural and marine products by heat. The LED board of emitting near the infrared rays for the drying agricultural and marine products comprises a circuit board with penetrating holes and the LED for the infrared rays which emits the infrared rays whose wavelength is 700-1500 nm, and which is mounted up at the circuit board.본 발명은 농수산물의 건조 과정에서 세포막이 파괴되지 않아 농수산물 내에 기화성 물질이 보존되고, 농수산물이 갖는 영양소 보호와 풍미를 보존하는 근적외선을 발산하며, 발산 과정에서의 자체 발열량을 최소화해서 열로 인한 농수산물의 변색과 변질을 방지하는 농수산물 건조용 근적외선 발산 기능의 LED기판에 관한 것으로, 통공구멍을 구성한 회로기판 700 ~ 1500 nm의 근적외선을 발하며, 상기 회로기판에 실장되는 근적외선LED를 포함하는 것이다.
