The disinfectant wipe is installed in the inner compartment, and the disinfectant wipe has a wound cylindrical shape. A portion of the packaging container can be removed from the disinfectant wipe to expose one end of the wound cylindrical disinfectant wipe, while at the same time exposing the wound cylindrical disinfectant wipe.
