Composition is provided, wherein aurantiamarin is to stablize mixing which includes (a) aurantiamarin, and a kind of (component B) dihydric alcohol is selected from one group, by ethylene glycol, diethylene glycol (DEG), triethylene glycol, polyethylene glycol, propylene glycol, dipropylene glycol, 1 butanediol and 3-methyl-1,13- butanediols, C sugar alcohols. With the composition, aurantiamarin deterioration is suppressed and aurantiamarin is steadily included.
