The present invention relates to a novel nuclear medicine imaging contrast agent or an radiotherapeutic drug compound of formula (2), which contains two cyclic RGDfK peptides in a molecule, which contains glucosamine and lysine, and which contains DOTA as a ligand binding radioactive isotopes, (1), a process for their preparation, and a compound of formula (2).본 발명은 한 분자 내에 2 개의 시클로 RGDfK 펩티드가 도입되고, 글루코사민 및 라이신을 포함하며, 방사성 동위원소를 결합하는 리간드로서 DOTA를 함유하는 화학식 2의 신규 핵의학 영상 조영제 또는 방사능 암 치료제 화합물, 그 신규 화합물의 제조 중간체인 화학식 1의 화합물, 이들의 제조방법, 및 화학식 2의 화합물을 포함하는 핵의학 영상 조영제 또는 방사능 암 치료제를 제공한다.
